[I’mAGoingConcern]

Hey all,

I just got out of my BEC exam, and I don’t know how to feel. The second testlet was definitely harder than the first. Overall I feel pretty good about it, though.

My only concern is how much time I had left? I double-checked all of my answers, reread all 3 WC’s… and still had over an hour left? I’m not sure if this is a good sign or bad? Either I knew it really well and that’s why I breezed through it, or if it was harder than I thought it was and bombed?

Has anything like this happened to anyone else? Generally felt pretty good about the exam, and finished with so much extra time? If so, what was the result?

I also took the exam today but did not have that much time left on hand at the end. I recalculated all computational problems maybe 2-3 times and only had enough time to reread 2 of of my WCs. You should be okay if you understood what you were doing and weren't just rushing through it.

If either of you don't mind me asking, if you use Ninja, what were you trending/averaging? I have it tomorrow and kinda freaking out

I took BEC in July and any additional time I had left I spent perfecting the WC responses so I didn't really have time leftover but I could definitly see that happening especially if breeze through the MCQs. I remember completing the exam and feeling so utterly lost and confused because it was so much “easier” (for lack of a better word) than when I took FAR and AUD. I walked out of the test center feeling like there was something wrong because I was very confident that I did well (in my head this was not a good sign). I ended up getting an 83. Some people say that you never really know how you will do walking out of the testing center but in my experience, my gut has been pretty spot on when I have both passed and failed. So I would say your gut feeling is probably right.
