Hello,

Does anybody have experience in either of these firms in NY? I am looking for ways to compare them so that I can make a decision this summer. Things like culture, clients, training, etc. I am interested more so in commercial clients than financial services. I have met and been impressed with people from both firms through on-campus recruiting so that isn’t enough to choose.

It depends, do you want to work at a big 4 or at a golf apparel company? Just kidding. I dont know about KPMG but i have nothing but good things to say about PwC. Maybe its just the industry I work in but all the stories of it being cutthroat/no work-life balance is not the case here. Interns are given real work and coaching and are not treated like they are inferior to the employees from my experience. But like anything else, your mileage may vary.
