I'd say go over the newly released MCQ. Don't worry about the score. Just familiarize yourself.
From there, I would group the formulas together that are similar. Eg the ratios that have some elements that are the same. And just write them over a few times.
I would also sketch out the variance formulas and write underneath them the unit conversions.
I would pick maybe 5 MCQ that you really didn't understand at first and just go over the guided solution. Then explain it in your own words.
This is meant as review. You don't want to waste time trying to learn something you are still completely frustrated by.
Lastly, practice writing a brief explanation of one of these topics. Who cares if you forget one thing. Just take 30 minutes to write yourself a letter or memo explaining one of the main topics to be tested. Then pick through it. Go through your notes to see how you did.
