My heart just skipped a beat right now. I got an email from CPA ES coordinator that my transcripts had not been received. I sent them over a week ago (Alaska board). I tried to get them on the phone yesterday but it was a long wait. Anyone know if this type of thing is normal. I have heard of instances where NASBA says they received nothing and 4 weeks later, the candidate gets a confirmation email saying that they are good to go.
I am getting a little frantic now.

Are you sure that your school sent the transcript? Also if you sent your transcript initially 1 week is nothing. Expect them to take 4-6 weeks before they actually read them and approve you to take the exam.

I had a very long/frustrating wait with my transcripts as well (PA board). My school doesn't have electronic transcript delivery, so I had to send them via the mail. I would say almost month went by and they were still claiming that they did not receive them/they were behind on processing their mail. It got to the point where I was calling almost every day to check. Then one day while on the phone, the person I was speaking to said “Oh wait a minute, your transcripts are right here!” and then updated my application status immediately. For your situation, I would wait another week or so and then just start calling. I feel like they have so many applications to process that it's easy to get lost in the shuffle. It might just be a matter of getting the right person on the phone who is willing to take the time to help. Also, I found that calling first thing in the morning minimized the on-hold time. Hope this helps and good luck!
