For those of you in a NASBA state, does your credit card statement state NASBA or the States public accounting board when the payment is processed? My boss said that he would reimburse me for my exams, but I haven’t explained that I am sitting out of state and applying for reciprocity. Just curious if it would say NASBA or something else on my credit card statement.

Mine says CPA Exam Services, then an 800 phone number, then TN for Tennessee.
But I'm not in Tennessee, that's probably just the location of their customer service.

When you pay, you can print a receipt from NASBA's site. It does not specify the state, just the date, exam section, and the amount.

NASBA is in Tennessee; I suppose all payments pass through their office directly.
