Foothill/De Anza college. I just took 19 quarter units in a 6 week semester all online, including the ethics in accounting course. I took 7 courses total and it cost less than $1000.

I wasn't an accounting major back when I got my undergrad degree in 2005 so I had to go back to school to get a lot of credits. Went the cheapest and fastest route with these.

Utilized all the schools above through their online offerings to get the required units (some schools had limits on X number of units at any given time, so I was enrolled in multiple schools to expedite the process). Personally, I found Foothill & SMC to have the best/easiest sign-up/site interface

thanks for all of your suggestions. Will look into them! Saw someone did his/her Ethics in accounting at UCSD Extension (I also did an accounting certificate program at UCSD Extension). $700 for a quarter class is way out of my budget :).
