For those of you who tested in NC –

I submitted my initial exam application on 5/14 to the NC State Board and haven’t heard anything yet. Should I send an email to confirm my application was received or is it too soon? I’m getting a little anxious over here!

NC board has the best staff. I love them. Now you can check your application online at their website. If your package had everything they will move it along pretty quick but with school just out they may be deluged. Phyllis Elliot is good by phone and email so call or email if it has been a week. I always drop off my NTS applications because they are close by. They really stay on top of things.
So try the online then email then call. Good luck!!

I received my NTS by email within 2 weeks of sending it out. They do a really good job turning it around.

I agree with monikernc they are great! Always very responsive and when you have to re-apply for another NTS the process doesn't take very long…about 7-10 days usually. Good luck in your studies!
