NTS: When does the 6 month START?

    Hi!

    Two Questions:

    1) When you apply through NASBA for the NTS, when does that 6 month time start ticking? From the day of that application I submitted or from the day I received the NTS approval?

    2) Scenario: If I apply for REG and FAR sections first on that 1st NTS notice, fails REG, would I be able to reschedule for REG again using this same NTS notice within that 6 months still?

These type of questions are not really commonly answered anywhere on CPA websites or consolidated. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my questions.

It tells you on your NTS when you have until to sit for each exam you applied for with that NTS. and no, you would need a new NTS for REG if you failed

If it was easy, everyone would do it.
