No new exam for this guy. 4 for 4 with Ninja only. This forum is such a valuable resource and I can't thank you all enough. To see the success of some users brought me great joy and confidence. For those of you still taking the test: if you study, you will pass.

Now what do I do with my time?!

@cpaMD86… Seriously. I went to bed like any normal night, but I woke up around 1am and struggled the rest of the way.

    Glad it's behind us!

@re2pect – thanks man. So glad to get back to reality. I really missed my family and friends. I owe my wife big time. She was basically a single parent last year.

Thanks to everyone for the words of encouragement, insight, and sharing your experiences. I don’t post often, but you have all been instrumental in helping me during this arduous process… now everyone treat yourself to a bottle of the good stuff this weekend.

    Cheers!

@CPA_Chik – I keep thinking I'm living on caffeine, sudafed and inappropriate thoughts. Definitely dragging post-lunch. I think i've loaded a picture for you. My bosses' boss (our CEO) started this, and my boss (CFO) added to it.

@NeedsA75 – I spent about 5 yrs in public and got the MTax. Intended to stay in public doing tax when the corporate opportunity fell in my lap at what was then a start up. I've been here for 11 years and I've been the Controller for probably 5 of those years. When I got here I was the first & only accountant in the company which only had 15 people total. It was a bit of a gamble but in this case, it really paid off. Most Controller positions want the CPA now. I got the CMA in 2011.

I passed my final part AUD with my highest score 89 after failing it last quarter with a 72 and risking FAR/BEC expiring and having to deal with the new exam if I failed after 28 months of hard work on this exam while working full time. Needless to say I was under a lot of pressure.

I'm a first time poster but I've lurked these forums for years now. I want to thank Jeff Elliott and the ninja audio and MCQ material for getting me there and this forum for being a type of support group throughout this crazy process.

The longest journey is finally over. I honestly never thought I would see the day.

I passed AUD, BEC, REG and struggled to hell with FAR. By the time I passed FAR, I lost credit for AUD. And then lost credit for BEC and then REG. So again, I continued on my hellish journey while working full time at the big 4 and hating it everyday. I kept retaking them. and I kept failing. FINALLY – i passed Audit (again). and then I quit.

Yep – I quit the big 4 1 month ago (IN THE MIDDLE OF BUSY SEASON #rebel) and then CPA gods shined their light on me because I took BEC two weeks after that and passed (again). I took REG two weeks ago and passed (again). and then I cried. because i am done.

4 years later, 19 exams later, I AM DONE. I AM FINALLY DONE.

    PEACE OUT!

Logging into CPA Central this morning and seeing four “Credit” under status was un-freaking-real.

Beneath that is definitely pock-marked with a few too many exam applications..to say I struggled at first is an understatement. Sat four times before I passed my first exam but then figured it out and went 3/3 at the end there. Don't give up, or you will never know the joys of posting in this thread (among other exciting benefits, Im sure)!

Be committed. If you're not committed you're not going to pass this exam. Ignore the posts of people reading one page of their book and passing. You are not them (probably). You have to want this more than anything else in your life. It's hard to give up what feels like your entire existence for this exam, but I finally feel like after four years of this hanging over my head life is actually starting for me!
