I am officially done, too! It feels amazing and so glad studying every weekend is over. I took the long road to this point, but now that I am done it feels worth it. Congrats everyone!September 14, 2019 at 11:50 pm #2706522MomOnTheMoveParticipant
I feel like I am still dreaming. BEC really gave me a run for my money. God is amazing. He did it for me. Thanks Jeff for creating such an awesome platform. Thank you all that gave me such encouraging words (it truly helped more than you know). To those of you still on this journey, praying for success and great news for you all. This exam will really test your perseverance….it sure did test mine.September 18, 2019 at 6:06 pm #2712093jeffKeymaster

Passed all 4 on the first try in six months while working full-time, with a 3yr old and a 1yr old. Just reading that sounds like a miracle. I quit a 5yr career in public accounting to be home with my kids more and to finally take the CPA exam. As much as I miss it, I think it was worth it.September 18, 2019 at 10:28 pm #2712765YETIParticipant
Tonight I passed my final part! I am DONE!!!! It can be done, I did it working full time and with 3 kids ages 4 and under. I AM DONE! After taking my first exam in 2013, losing two credits, numerous fails, I went 4/4 this time around and did it! I must say, I learned how to study and what I needed to do. THANK YOU JEFF for joining me in my early morning commutes, while I cooked dinner or did cardio at the gym (even though I still gained weight). Thank you for your challenging test banks that my primary review did not cover. THANK YOU THANK YOU! All Glory to The Most High! I am so happy to finally post to this thread! I feel like I have my life back and will be able to do things like read a book without a voice in the back of my head saying “you should be studying” or run in the park with music playing instead of Ninja (no offense, Jeff)! This forum has kept me sane (and laughing). Not to mention, I really think the Ninja Audio and MCQs were the reasons I passed! I am forever grateful. Thank you, Jeff!September 19, 2019 at 4:07 am #2713437A_RishParticipant

I’ve waited a long time to post on this thread. I passed BEC with an 81 and I’m done. Used Ninja only to pass all four tests. Not sure what I’m going to do with all this free time.November 11, 2019 at 10:56 pm #2791704KGParticipant

I can't believe I get to finally post in this thread. I started to poke at this journey in 2013, put it off a year, got serious, watched all my co-workers and friends accomplish their plan while I stumbled the whole way. Had 3 of 4 down in 2016 when I failed FAR and started to lose each section. Came back at it in the summer of 2018 and just finished this month with my 4th run at FAR. Thank you to Jeff & Ninja for being a great supplement where I needed it when Becker just didn't complete the picture for me. Good luck everyone, I've got a lot of life to catch up on!November 21, 2019 at 8:16 pm #2805846krstnamParticipant

I am done!
Four attempts four passes.
REG-77November 22, 2019 at 11:49 am #2806929emilycoveniusParticipant
Found out today I passed REG with 82, last exam I am offically done!
AUD – 70,80(expired),76(Dec.2018)
FAR – 49, 75(Dec.2018)
BEC – 82(3/11/2019)
REG – 54,66,82(11/22/2019)
It took me total 1 year and 2 months to finally pass everything, FAR+AUD+BEC I passed while studying full-time took total 6 months, REG passed while working full time.
Of course nobody cares about my personal stories here so I'd share some advice I think would be helpful for people who are on this journey:
Either FAR->AUD->BEC->REG or,
REG is kind it's own thing, very little crossovers with other 3 sections, so you take it first or last. I personally think FAR and REG are equally difficult. Take FAR before you take AUD or BEC, FAR knowledge will help you with AUD and BEC.
2. Study Material
I really like Gleim, their premium is access until you pass. I passed all mine using Gleim. And NINJA is a good supplement, I think you should only use NINJA if you already have a good fundation knowledge of the material, NINJA definitely makes the material more aligned/structured with the blueprint, I couldn't pass with Gleim twice so I added NINJA and passed on the 3rd try. Also NINJA taught me how to study, the Cornell note-taking methodology and some other study strategies will benefit me going forward. and Jeff's audio lectures are very good, he sounds very personal, he try to make it fun and memoriable. I still remember he said “if you donate cash you get 60percent deductible, if you donate other junks only 30percent lol”.
3. Life after becoming a CPA
I was never a math person, when I first failed FAR with a 49 I thought I'd never be able to wrap my head around this s***. But I picked up the exam after 3 years Why? Because some of the people I work with they are CPA holders and they dont do a good job at work, they think they are CPA and they are better than everyone else, if you are not a CPA you are less than them. I think wether you are a CPA or not, you should still carry yourself at a high-standard at work, and don't look down people without the certification.
Anyways, you'll learn a lot while studying for this exam, and I hope you gain more than just the accounting knowledge. I certainly learned a lot, about my life, myself. Good luck to everyone !
