I live in PA. Last Wednesday I checked mylicense.pa.gov and they gave me a license number, issued 7/19/17, status is Active. The physical license hasn’t made it to my house yet. Can I update my LinkedIn and all that stuff to put CPA after my name?

If you were issued an unrestricted active CPA license with a number by your state board, you were technically a CPA as of your issue date. I.e. yes.
