First Round with AUD: Walked away feeling like it went better than REG (76) but not as good as BEC (88) and FAIL.
Second Round with AUD: Walked away feeling like I failed…and got an 82!

December 6, 2012 at 9:49 pm #388492Gerg, CPAParticipantdefinitely thought FAR could've gone either way.

December 6, 2012 at 9:59 pm #388493JakeOMemberWhen I passed BEC (79) I was pretty sure I failed because the questions seemed too easy. With AUD (67) I wasn't too sure, but definitely not confident it was a slam dunk..same thing with this last round of AUD which I'm waiting for the score right now!!!
AUD-Failed (Waiting for Score)
BEC-PASSED (First try)
REG-Failed (Retake February 2013)
FAR-Failed (Retake January 2013)December 6, 2012 at 10:00 pm #388494AnonymousInactiveIn the order I took them…
FAR: My first test ever, had no idea what to think, but was pretty sure I didn't ace it!
AUD: I thought this test was the worst 3 1/2 hours of my professional life…and yet I passed.
BEC: Felt the best out of any of the 3 I had taken up that point…
REG: Felt like it was between AUD and BEC…but that it was going to be really close to 75
Shows how much I know…
December 6, 2012 at 10:03 pm #388495AnonymousInactiveFAR – I was 99% sure that I failed and I ended up getting an 84%
REG – Taken today and I'm ~75% sure that I passed, so that means I'll probably get a 60%
December 6, 2012 at 10:11 pm #388496AnonymousInactiveI read a lot about how some people feel like they failed but end up scoring pretty well. What's the logic behind that? It makes no sense to me..and a lot of people say they felt good about the exam and then fail. Obviously this is not always the case but it does seem to happen pretty often (the unpredictability).
December 6, 2012 at 10:12 pm #388497AnonymousInactiveAUD – Knew I failed it. Even started casually browsing the book to keep fresh in case I had to study again. Got a 93. You can never tell with these exams.
My friend who passed all four in 5 tries said he walked out thinking he passed one exam and it was the only one he failed. Go figure!
December 6, 2012 at 10:29 pm #388498RARCPAMemberAUD was the only one that I felt more or less comfortable with – got 93. All other exams I had no clue…. I was pretty sure I failed REG because sims were really hard. I wanted to cry after the exam. Passed with 93???!!!!!
These exams crush your confidence… Every day that I am waiting for the BEC score, by confidence goes 3 points down…. Ahhhh, I need that BEC score now…..
FAR 7/10/2012 - 93
AUD 08/28/2012 - 93
REG 10/16/2012 - 93
BEC 11/26/2012 - 88
ETHICS 12/01/2012 - 93
Done!!!!!!!!December 6, 2012 at 10:54 pm #388499mrwills12ParticipantI wouldnt be too worried with scores like those! I felt like i failed AUD… I can even remember doing the sims thinking what is the point I failed.. ended up getting an 85. FAR i was pretty confident with
FAR - 88 (Jul 2012)
AUD - 85 (Oct 2012)
BEC - 82 (Nov 2012)

December 6, 2012 at 11:14 pm #388500jakeeeeMemberWhen I took BEC, I was pretty sure I failed but squeaked through with a 76–it was the best feeling ever. When I took REG for the second time, I felt pretty good but didn't want to jinx it. I got a 74–worst feeling ever.
I took FAR today and I'm pretty sure I failed. Definitely don't think it could go my way. Haha
@RARCPA – So cool that you got 93s on almost everything so far!
BEC - July 2014
REG - Aug 2014
FAR - January 2015
AUD - May 2014
Ethics - 3x...December 6, 2012 at 11:31 pm #388501OnMyWayToCPAMemberI took FAR twice, was confident I passed and failed with a 66 both times.
Took FAR for a third time, knew I completely bombed it (definitely worse than my previous 66's ) and got a 79.
B - 79 PASSED (1/4 there!)
A - 77 PASSED (1/2 there!)
F - 79 PASSED (3/4 there!)
R - 83 PASSED (DONE!!!!!!)
Review Course: Lambers , Wiley and NinjaDecember 7, 2012 at 1:55 am #388502RARCPAMember@mrwills12 – Thanks!!! I really hope you're right and we both pass BEC. I am always very nervous before the score release. I don't want to see Becker books ever again! So sick of studying… These past 6 months of constant studying feels like a lifetime. I just want to be done….
.@jakeeee – I know – isn't it weird that I got 93 for every CPA exam I took, even for Ethics???!!! I love my 93s!!!! When I got a 93 for my REG I couldn't believe it…. I was certain I failed….
Let's hope tomorrow or Saturday (I am in non NASBA state – IL) my misery will end 🙂
Good luck everyone!!!!
FAR 7/10/2012 - 93

Done!!!!!!!!December 7, 2012 at 2:10 am #388503rendittMemberDecember 7, 2012 at 2:18 am #388504jags2899MemberTook REG as my third exam, and was completely convinced I failed. I had a dream that I got a 30 and that people made fun of me for getting the lowest score they ever heard anyone get. I went to Thailand and actually saved the notes and brought some CPA stuff with me since I was convinced I failed. Woke up on the day of the score release 3am Thailand time and was shocked that I got my best score.
AUD--Passed
FAR--Passed
REG--Passed
BEC--PassedDecember 7, 2012 at 2:49 am #388505AnonymousInactiveREG – pretty sure I passed (78)
AUD – thought I failed for sure (83)
BEC – thought I passed for sure (74)
Hoping to be done in January, and to think I passed and actually pass this time!!
