Hi All. Just want to share little of my stress after passing CPA exam. During studying CPA exam, I tried to find a full time job in either local CPA offices or national CPA firms, and I have not got any job offer yet. I am living in Orange County, CA. I called, emailed to company’s partners/ hiring managers to ask for job opportunities but getting no replies/ feedbacks. I am really disappointed because I am not sure if CPA is the right decision. My background includes MAcc, 1 year staff accountant in private entity and 10 months (part time for 5 months after busy season 2016) in local CPA office. My current employer is too small to offer me a full time job. Therefore, I have to look for jobs around to fulfill my experience to get the license. Is anyone here getting the same problem with me? How can you overcome this? I am in the mood of changing career to another industry (such as medical) to find job easily.
