Did you have an oral contract with the cousin where there was an implicit agreement that you would be responsible for the complete care of said dog, covering infrequent and/or unusual expenses in the absence of the usual responsible party, namely the cousin? Was the dog upset because you were not giving him the proper care he is accustomed to which made him crap all over the carpet, therefore transferring liability for the infrequent and/or unusual expense to you? Can you establish a pattern of crapping?

It truly is the worst exam I've ever taken. Waaaay to tricky. One way to do it is to reconfirm everything. Save the versions because some questions might repeat. Read into the wording, like really read into it. Every. Single. Word. Remember that every “and”, “or”, “nor”, etc., matters. Read carefully if anything there mentions California, “covered member”, etc.

Did you see the post where the guy was talking about taking the exam 3 times on paper and comparing the answers? You do have the pdf format with the questions, correct? Maybe if you try that. Someone else said they just printed them without submitting.
