Priority in Buyer NOT in the Ordinary Course of Busnss vs secured creditor only

    REG: Priority in Buyer NOT in the Ordinary Course of Business vs secured creditor only.
    Buyer will have priority unless the buyer is aware of the creditor’s secured interest
    Why? Isn’t that against the whole idea of secured creditor?
