I wanted to change my exam date from the 27th to a later date so I called the Prometric helpline to help with a reschedule since the website wasn’t loading for available days. The person I talked to claimed he was able to hold a spot for me at a closer location. He said after we went through the payment information apparently it couldn’t go through anymore because despite him saying he had a spot locked in for me after I paid, someone was able to snag the spot before me. That makes absolutley no sense because I don’t see how he could hold a spot then someone takes it. So much for getting my hopes up. Now i’ll be driving over twice that time.

I understand that people sometimes have to drive far to their testing center, but the fact that this guy said he was holding a spot for me and it magically got taken from someone just pisses me off.
