PwC Mobile Phone Dilemma

Ok guys, here’s my first world dilemma.

I current have a family plan with my wife through Sprint. Our contract ends in November. I currently have an iPhone 6 Plus. I would like to upgrade to an iPhone 7 Plus when available.

I just started with PwC who has a great mobile phone program where you can transfer your phone number to any major carrier, order a new device (for free or at a discount), and they will pay for the plan.

Or, I could keep my personal phone and plan separate from work and order a new device through PwC with a new phone number and plan that would just be used for business.

I’m having a hard time deciding what to do. Any thoughts?

Nothing “free” about co-mingling and hence being plugged in to work at all times.

If you work at PwC, your phone number will be your Cisco phone number, or the one attached to your laptop. I co-mingled my phone (ridiculous to carry 2 phones-trust me I’ve done this) and have never received a call on my cell number after a few months of working. Also, if you work 10 hours a day, your boss will probably email you if he or she wants to contact you after-hours.

Let them pay your phone bill. Save a $100+ a month.
