Hi All, has anyone else noticed how long the Q2 score release is? The earliest we will hear back on scores is mid August. Has anyone heard if this is going to be upheld or if it may change and we get our scores earlier? Why aren’t people more upset about this? It’s bad enough that we have to go through this whole process but now they throw this random wrench? There has to be a better way…

It's been discussed to death here and people are upset but at the end of the day the AICPA gets to call the shots

AICPA dictates the score release and the state boards are the only ones with authority to extend credit expiration impacted by the change. NASBA has provided guidance to the state boards, suggesting they should accommodate candidates with expiring credit. So far, it appears that the state boards don't agree with NASBA's suggestion.
