REG B-Law Cheat Sheet

Hey NINJA’s… So my first score expires the 30th of this month and I am sitting for REG on the 27th. This is my last exam… hopefully. I am working full time in State and Local Tax at a B4 firm so I just got over my busy season. I have been tackling tax HEAVY and have sort of neglected B-Law because I figured MCQ’s would be the best way to learn rather than sitting through the almost 10 hours of Becker lectures. I was hoping to get some advice on the best way to “cram” for B-Law and also how much I should really worry about it. Also am looking to see if anyone has put together a pretty good “cheat sheet” or quick little study guide of B-Law.

Any and all help is appreciated!

    AUD - 76
    BEC - 75
    FAR - 77
    REG - 81

Good luck to you! I'm taking the same section on the same day.

I am actually the opposite of you- I have all the business law done and working through tax now. Luckily for you, the business law part not too difficult to get to. I'd skip the lectures and get right to the MCQ, taking notes in a google as you go along. It might be just me, but most of it makes sense and I get questions right on the second try. Secured transactions is a b@%tch though. Might want to read the book for making sense of that.
