REG: Bankruptcy The 2 and 3 year tax priority rule

    I need some help with these questions pls.

    Does the The 2 and 3 year tax priority rule concern only Income Taxes or also other types of taxes?

    Also, does this mean that the tax gets discharged in bankruptcy if older than 3 years and filed at least 2 years before filing for bankruptcy?
