I took the Reg today, I recommend everyone taking Reg exam to practice a lot of DRS questions. My first test let was hard and the second was a lot easier, anyone had this experience before ? Also during the 15 minuets break, the prometric center employee told me that my phone probably was viberating and she said don’t touch it, I didn’t really understand her when she said that so I opened the locker and I turned off the phone, she saw me doing that and started yelling then she said I will let you finish your exam but I will send a report to the AICPA about the incident? Do you guys have any idea whats gonna happen?

Reg felt pretty rough for me, took it on the 2nd.
For the cell phone incident, I don't mean to scare you, but I think technically the AICPA could throw out your exam if they are worried that you “cheated” or got an advantage by using your cell phone between exams. Nothing probably will happen, but just know for next time that you should put your phone on silence and DO NOT touch it during any of the breaks.

Took Reg on the 1st… those simulations can absolutely brutal! I felt great about the MCQ and the 2nd testlet got harder so that was encouraging too. Really hoping I passed this time around, I put in more study time than all of college combined!

Hi everyone,
can you please tell me how was my experience in reg if i am passed or not?
I took Reg on November 5, 2018. the first mcq section was medium to difficult and the second section was almost the same !! ( medium to difficult). I spent on the MCQs like 95 Minutes but in total I think I did well on them because I flagged 3-4 on each, then in the third test-let which was very hard I had one DRS and one fill in blanks with attachtments, I felt stressed about third test-let because they seems to be have alot of calculations and need alot of concentration I think I did 3/5 blanks sure in DRS and 3/6 sure of them in fill in blanks. Then in fourth test-let I got the research 100% and I am sure about it, and one did on it pretty well and the other felt like I didn't did very well on it. the fifth test-let was HARD I barely did two of the simulation good and the last one I DIDN'T understand any thing from it, it wasn't any thing from becker or aicpa test let sample I haven't seen anything like it so I tried to use common sense and answer it randomly.
In conclusion I finished ON TIME exactly. and after leaving the pro-metric felt bad. but if I have more time I wouldn't change my answers.

Took it yesterday, MPQ didn't seem bad at all. I couldn't really tell if they got harder in the second testlet but did have more calculation type questions. I struggled very hard with the SIMS. I can't really expect to get much of any of them right. Some of it I don't even remember from becker but who knows. I am about 50% positive on the research question. I found the info but it wasn't exact on what it was asking. Left exam defeated, I had a lot of extra time left but it was because Some of the sims I gave up on, i filled in the answers but not much confidence. Wish I would of spent more time on earlier ones! Gotta move on!
