Trust me when I say you still may have passed the test. The grading of these tests is so mysterious. I absolutely know I blew multiple sims. I knew this bc on one of my sims, I essentially got the same answer for the 6 scenarios presented. I knew this had to be incorrect and so I made sure to research it when I got home. Yes, Becker had mispresented the material, so that sim I got most of it wrong, guaranteed. I also had two others of which I was clueless. So I know I totally bombed the sims, and still ended up with over a 90. When I left the facility I was so sure I did no better than a 40, that I had already started restudying and investigating other materials to purchase.

Except for the research, each SIM blank required a # calculation, none of them were pull down or fill in the letter or yes no, etc.

Yea I took REG yesterday, it was rough. Harder than FAR in my opinion The 2nd testlet was exponentially harder than the first. I count tell which way the 3rd went, I was so drained from the 2nd. The sims were like wtf. I could've done all the sims in Becker 10 times and it still wouldn't have helped with these ones. I know I didn't find the research question, not sure why those are so much harder to find than the FAR r/s. Hopefully got a point with the IRC selection. Pulling for some grading magic with this one, fingers crossed. Now I just have to go into AUD like it will be my last.

Ummm, @jordanlovefood. Either your autospell has a dirty memory or you intentionally had a “typo”. Pretty sure a fat finger on a keyboard wouldn't give you that result.

@spikesrd—I thought I was the only one that noticed the “typo”. Where's the autocorrect when you need it? 😉

LOL @jordanlovefood. Come on guys not like we don't use that term with our friends. But it may be inappropriate on a public forum as it may be offensive towards others.

    FAR-65, 62, 57, 79

what may be appropriate for the inner circle, just may be inappropriate for the outer circle. Ironically, that topic was on The Talk today. People do make jokes/comments amongst family and friends that they would not (maybe should not, lol) make in public, regardless of the reasoning. There is a time and a place. lol…

Didn't think coming back from the exam half of the posts would be about my comment… I was trying to do Kevin Hart's voice–something that I guess can't be done on a public forum.

Stayed up 20 hours to cram in property and corporate taxation–something that I regret because they were not emphasized at all. Mcqs were very basic and while I could tell that I had the harder difficulty on my third testlet, the questions did not get wordier nor did they get arithmetically intensive. They just gave very basic numbers but you had to know the exact calculation and minute details, otherwise you wouldn't get the right choice. The whole experience felt very quick unlike BEC or AUD where you knew that you were being tested on everything and that it will show up.

I got lucky with topics I was weak in not being the focal point of the exam, many of which were even absent.

Simulations were very simple like Becker-level difficulty. I had trouble with 2 of them because it asked for knowledge of certain tax treatments, and while I managed to find the section in the IRC, I had no idea what the IRC was saying. I needed Google -_-.

All in all, I believe that I passed, just not as strong as AUD or even my BEC score–so probably an 81-86 for REG.
