Hi, is the exam using the 7.5% of AGI or 10% of AGI for medical deductions as of 1/1/2019? I use Wiley and I don’t think they have their material fully updated because I keep thinking I have it down and then I will run into a question or use a different study material option and it will be different. (I could also be insane)

7.5% for 2018 tax law (tested until July 2019)…it moves up to 10% for 2019 tax law tested in July and beyond.

I had the same problem with the Wiley material when I was studying for REG. A couple of bits (including the medical deduction) were incorrect. Jeff is spot on, as usual 🙂
