Skim through everything in BLAW, you do not want to be left behind by a couple of points, but focus on securities acts and CPA business ethics. There is more, but I do not think I can go more specific than this.

    AUD - 75
    BEC - 75
    FAR - 81
    REG - 78

Based on recent exam experience (and speaking with those who took it recently as well), @Reg_Slayer‘s advice is spot on for the 3 sections to dedicate a little more time to during the studying process – especially UCC Sales law, IMO. Had I focused more on UCC Sales Law I would have gotten several questions correct on a recent REG exam I failed.

However, it is also possible to pass REG by mastering all of the tax topics, prof ethics, and just “skimming” the rest of blaw.

my advice study it in and out. i failed reg twice (71 and 74) because i got lazy with the review for B-law, lol that was the only sectoin i did poor in. But once i picked up where i left off and was lucky that Jeff gave a free weekend review of Reg material, i passed (85). Dont be me and get lazy, it will mentally set you back so far
