    Hi everyone, this has been a problem for me in the past. Can anyone share an easy way to memorize secured transactions with me? i.e. filing, financing statement and the order of priority? Thanks!

    -Buyer ordinary course of business
    -Properly perfected PMSI holder
    -Perfected security interest holders
    -unperfected

    So if you file, you're secured, but you have to further go to step 3 to perfect? Anyone walk me through this?
