I am having an awful time studying for REG thus far. I am on the BLAW sections and I feel like there are so many rules to remember. This is terrible. Those who got through REG how were you able to make yourself understand all the rules regarding sales and contracts?

Couldn't agree with you more! Are you using Becker? I failed REG with a 73 at the end of October :(. IMHO, Becker has a TON of knit pick-y material. But looking back, I wish I'd have spent more time in Tax than worrying about the BLaw stuff, in theory it's only like 20% of the exam right? This time around as I am studying, I am starting with Ethics/BLaw and ending with Tax so that the Tax material will be most fresh in my mind. Good luck to you!
