Retake the same CPA section in the same window

    I want to know if I can take the same CPA exam in the same window.
    according to NASBA: You may not repeat any section within the same testing window. If you reapply for the same section within the same testing window, the effective date of your new Notice to Schedule (NTS) will begin in the next testing window.

    IS that tue? I’m worried that I will need to wait for a long time to retake the exam within 18 months, that’s really tough.

    Yes thats true as of now but I hear that Q2 2020 you will be allowed to take the same section more than once in the same quarter.
