    Kamp is offering $10 million of its securities. Under Rule 506 of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933:

    Answer: The securities may be debentures
    Incorrect: Kamp may make a general solicitation in connection with the offering.

    I was confused with this question because Becker R5-49 states that general advertising/solicitation is sometimes allowed under Rule 504 and 506 (but not for 505). What’s going on?

    you can only make solicitations to accredited investors
