I was able to receive good news that I passed my 1st section. The score says “Expires on 12/31/20”. However I sat for the exam on 4/1 (score received 5/7). A bit confused how my 18 month window is calculated from here. Could I technically sit for an exam on December 10th, 2020 (last day of Q4) and it would still count? Even though this is 19 months from when I first sat.

Hopefully this does not become an issue, but just trying to plan the next 3 parts while still enjoying the short summer months here in Michigan. Thanks

It appears your state starts the clock at the end of the testing window. In your case, you took the exam in the second window so your expiration is calculated starting from 6/30/2019 (or 7/1/2019, however you want to look at it).

New York State does the same thing.
