Who else is waiting for a score on Friday?
I'm waiting on AUD which will be my third section out of the way if I passed it.
I decided to start studying for REG just after taking AUD (about 16% in already) because I'm taking REG 4/17. I want to take all 4 at least once before I graduate 5/3 with my MAcc and start work 5/13. If I didn't pass AUD I think it will be close and I'll have to double back around to it after REG.March 5, 2019 at 2:10 pm #2250372
I'm waiting on AUD for 3/8 also! I felt like I did pretty well (especially on the MCQ), but I finished with 1.5 left, so I'm overthinking this.March 5, 2019 at 2:16 pm #2250396
I'm waiting on BEC, good luck everyone! Is anyone smelling an early release??March 5, 2019 at 2:44 pm #2250450
I'm waiting on FAR. My last exam. I feel like it could go either way, but luckily I have 3 more chances at it if I fail before my first exam expires. Been freaking out for the past two weeks. Waiting is the worse part of these exams.March 5, 2019 at 2:52 pm #2250483
Waiting out FAR on 3/8. Already passed it one time but got lazy and didn't take the other exams before it was too late and I lost that score. It was a beast, but I'm hoping I did enough to get out of this thing and move on with my life.March 5, 2019 at 4:04 pm #2250648
Waiting on Audit, took it 2/21. Not sure how I did but I finished early. I pray NASBA’s just announces scores are out early!March 5, 2019 at 4:58 pm #2250771
Waiting for Reg my last paperMarch 5, 2019 at 6:38 pm #2250978
@ihopeipassed I finished with about the same time left as you. Also finished FAR with over an hour. Don't think it means much other than we are fast test takers but at least we know we didn't automatically miss some by not getting to them!
@ryan, it's nice that you have such a cushion! I'm hoping to be in a similar situation. My first score doesn't expire till June 2020 and AUD will be my third if I passed so it will set me up similarly for REG which I am the most worried about.
Quite a few people waiting for their last scores, that must make it even worse!
Good luck everyone!March 6, 2019 at 8:11 am #2251674
Waiting on REG. Took it on 2/28, so my wait hasn't been as bad, but I'm definitely anxious about this one. Feel like it could've gone either way! If I passed, I'll have 3/4 done and only FAR will separate me from being a CPA!March 6, 2019 at 8:12 am #2251677
I am waiting on BEC. It's my final test score. (hopefully) I feel relatively confident that there is a 50% chance that I passed lol. Hopefully they release early again! Good luck everyone!March 6, 2019 at 11:38 am #2251947
I took FAR 2/28/19 – hopefully it makes the cutoff for this score release! Anyone have experience with that? Ie. taking the exam the last day of the cutoff for score release and hoping prometric sent the test results in time?
It would be my last exam and I felt really horrible coming out of the exam. The MCQs felt very hard and very heavy on 2-3 subjects. The SIMS weren’t bad and I nailed at least half of them. Just hoping and praying!March 6, 2019 at 11:52 am #2251965
I took BEC on 2/27/19 and my first testlet was hard compared to the Wiley Test Bank, but the second testlet was comparable to the Wiley Test Bank. I had one ridiculous SIM that was very vague on what was being asked for (hopefully it was a pretest SIM) and another SIM that was hit and miss. The other two SIMs I feel confident I got most of the points. The Writing Prompts were pretty straight forward and overall easy to write about. I'm just hoping this is my last score release and I did just enough to get a 75.March 6, 2019 at 11:59 am #2251977
I have taken it the last day of each cutoff and always gotten my score when I was supposed to. Glad you had a good experience on SIMS. I think I got 3 them 100% right, had no clue on 2(complete guesses), and it's a toss up on the other 3. My multiple choice went according to plan, with the 2nd testlet being harder than the first, so at least that's good. Good luck to youMarch 6, 2019 at 2:09 pm #2252178
I was too worried about missing the cutoff to take it 2/28 because I had a grad school classmate who missed 2 score releases that way from the same testing center I use so I took mine on 2/27 instead.March 6, 2019 at 3:49 pm #2252421
I am waiting on my score for REG. Feeling really anxious about it! Not feeling to great, but who knows, maybe I am in for a surprise. Good luck to everyone!March 7, 2019 at 1:39 am #2253255
Even though today is technically early release day (on the east coast at least) if we are gonna get one I knew it wouldn't be this early but I had to check anyway. It's gonna be a looooong day 🙁March 7, 2019 at 10:31 am #2253645
I'm waiting on BEC score, and have my REG scheduled on Saturday. I find it impossible to focus on studying today. I just keep logging to the portal, and my BEC status is showing as attended. Wondering if anyone knows when NASBA may update the status to credit/ no credit.
Thanks and good luck to everyone!!March 7, 2019 at 10:57 am #2253699
Best wishes to everyone…hope they come out early 🙂March 7, 2019 at 11:49 am #2253759
Waiting on REG score and feeling really anxious. I'm taking AUD tomorrow. Should I wait until after I take the AUD section? I'm worried to find out I failed before taking exam and the news affecting my performance. Anyone in the same boat? What would you do?March 7, 2019 at 12:10 pm #2253789
I would go ahead and find out if it were me. I think being anxious about whether or not I passed would drive me crazier than finding out I failed.March 7, 2019 at 12:14 pm #2253810
I apologize for the heart attack I may have given some people for bumping those threads…March 7, 2019 at 12:22 pm #2253834
Thanks, I guess you're right… Ugh, scheduling an exam around the score release day is not the best idea (for me at least). Impossible to focus!March 7, 2019 at 1:11 pm #2253882
@Cpapol If you're taking it tomorrow, I would wait to check. You will be so busy with cramming and the test you probably won't think about it too much. If you failed it may make you second guess yourself too much on your exam tomorrow.
If you were taking it like a week later I would say to check because then you have time to process your feelings.March 7, 2019 at 4:08 pm #2254290
I wouldn't be able to wait, it would make me way too anxious to just know.
Also, just saw on facebook that someone found out they have REG credit just now using the eyeball trick so if you have a previous score report still available start checking it 🙂
For those who might not know what the eyeball trick is, if you have a score report from a previous release still available you can check that report using the preview eye button on the NASBA portal and the section you are waiting for will say “attended” if they haven't got your score yet but will change to “credit” if you passed before the actual score report for the current section is available. I've only used this one and found out I got credit for BEC but it's my understanding that it also says something other than “attended” if you didn't pass (maybe “no credit” but I cant remember).March 7, 2019 at 4:11 pm #2254299
Ugh! For Texas, they do not post the score report on NASBA, only on the Texas Board Website. So even though I have a score up, I can't do the eyeball trick! GRRR! This waiting is killer! Hopefully they'll post scores soon! Last one here we go!March 7, 2019 at 6:10 pm #2254473
Ugh this is killing me!! I've been refreshing the page every 5 mins with no luck 🙁March 7, 2019 at 6:10 pm #2254476March 7, 2019 at 6:14 pm #2254482
I just refreshed and no score yet :/March 7, 2019 at 6:28 pm #2254503
Congrats @Jimmy Dugan!!!March 7, 2019 at 6:31 pm #2254512
BORN TO WINParticipant
Yes, it works…it says “CREDIT” for BEC. I think I'm just too nervous to believe it. So, I keep refreshing the actual page so that I can see the score. That'll make it real LOL
