For the below question, I chose “B”, since it was asking about earnings in the specific purpose fund. I guess I was using “specific purpose fund” as a synonym for “special revenue fund”. “D” is the correct answer and i am confused as to why? is it because there’s really not thing as a “specific purpose fund” or is it because the question mentions central operations, so you can assume general fund,
