    Hiya!

I am studying FAR with Becker and took it last year and got a 44. Took a year off to focus on my first year of work and traveled for work too. I recently took it again and got a 55… I need advice.

First time I didn’t study well (too many notes), skipped gov’t/nfp and other important topics, didn’t learn the concepts and rushed through the exam so fast.

Second time, I drilled Mcqs, didn’t skip a single module (doing lecture and Mcqs). Took notes on my Mcqs and did progress tests and did one mock (60%). I need some advice on how to attack my third attempt. I don’t want to fail again and want to move on so I can finally pass. Please someone send me some advice.. I want to retake in April. TIA!

Sounds like you're not giving yourself enough time to study. Your mock is indicating you're not ready. I think someone else said the mock or trending needs to be 80 or at least 70%. I couldn't find the post but someone might re-post what your trending scores should be before you take the test. so I would say tear it down and build again. Start from scratch. Focus on those weak spots. Becker is pretty good but you might need to supplement if Becker is not enough. Hang in there with the rest of us and study, study, study.

    It begins with a 75
Been here too long as a cheerleader.....time to pass
