Does this happen to anyone when studying for the exam?

Like, you studied couple chapters (I’m currently studying for FAR), did the MCQ and when you try to review the material couple days (or a week) later, you cannot remember the materials and concepts that you learned just a few days ago?

Can anyone share any strategy/technique to overcome this issue??

Yes, I'm sure it happens to almost everyone. Do progress tests and read the text multiple times and then eventually the majority of it sticks
