I take BEC tomorrow afternoon, my 2nd time taking the test and 2nd CPA exam ever. For the first time, the test center called me on a Friday or Saturday to let me know I was taking the Monday and I also took the test in the morning. I did not get any such phone call this time. Is this due today being Presidents day? Should I be concerned? I have my NTS and my two forms of ID. I also got an email remainder from prometric so is this why I did not get the phone call this time?

They might be closed today, or the person making the calls might have just missed your name.
I was always proactive and called THEM to confirm, and also to confirm my paper and pencil request was received, etc.
If you have the documents, you should be good to go, but I'd at least try to call them to confirm.

Thanks @Recked just tried calling them and the phone just kept ringing probably not open today. But the reminder email I got was all good so it is probably because they are closed today.

@Recked how do you get your request for pencil and paper to Prometric? I always take a print out of the letter.

In my experience you need to request through NASBA candidate care at least 2 weeks before your exam.
NASBA should forward your request to Prometric who then passes it along to the local testing center.
I started calling Prometric a week before my exams because it never went smooth.
