If you have taken Audit before (doesn’t matter if passed or failed, or both if several attempts), can you tell me which areas gave you the most trouble? I’m talking about content wise. There is a ton of information, especially the little details. NOt asking for what’s on the test, just trying to go topics and not overlook anything.

In essence, maybe someone on this thread mentions a topic I had forgotten about, and I can go back and make sure to review it.

Thanks in advance, and happy studying to the rest.

@benjamin17 audit is very tricky. you need to spot the difference between audit, review and compilation.

    AUD - 78
    BEC - NINJA in Training
    FAR - NINJA in Training
    REG - 77

I've taken audit twice and passed both times. Gotta love that expiration date. I have a heavy background in auditing but still felt like the test was challenging candidates on internal controls and weakness. Guaranteed to get a SIM on that. Know the difference between modified and unmodified. Adverse or withdraw. Scope limits. Understanding why you would modify option.

I've heard with audit that you either get it or you don't. That was BEC for me. Good luck!

Testing management assertions for different business cycles to me is the hardest by far.

I take that back. Analyzing changes in ratios is the absolute worst.

Yea I agree with above, know the difference between audit, review, compilation, difference opinions modified, unmodified, agreed upon procedures ect.

You really have to know the differences in everything cold, one or two words can be the difference. There are other things as well, yet know this stuff was what put me over the edge.
