Just googled this and seen no responses. I would like to bring this back to life. I sent my application in about a month ago and no communication so far. Any idea on wait time for PA?

    Cheers

No experience in PA, but in LA it took about 6 weeks in total. I made a mistake on my application which likely pushed back the timing a bit, but they were nice enough to allow me to correct it rather than start the process over again.

Also, I found myself on the cpaverify.org site a full 10 days befoire I got the letter in the mail. Just a thought in case you want to check in daily to see if you are there.

Having a horrible experience with this in CA. I sent in my application 8/4/16, there was a mistake with my experience form, sent a corrected one, and have been in this “final review” limbo since 10/21/16. It has been over 3 months since I sent in my application and I'm still not licensed.

Depends on the state. In PA, expect 8-10 weeks after submission assuming no problems with the initial app.

    Virginia.

Each state is different. I would follow up with your state board to see if they can get you an update. I would follow up one week after I submitted documents they needed if I received no response.

I submitted my application September 28th, 2016 and received a license number on November 3, 2016.

I did it all online (you can mail stuff in but it takes longer) and from the moment I filled out the app to becoming licensed was less than 10 days. However, every state is different and it depends on how backed up they are. I'm in Michigan.
