Sooo I took reg yesterday, and it suckeddddd. I know I’ve complained about every test so far, so here’s my breakdown…

Testlet one – The usual medium testlet, started to get nervous that a memorized all the ninja answers, but calmed down.
    Testlet two – noticeably harder
Testlest three – More like testlet two that one.

But then the sims… ugh the sims… The sims I got were very poorly worded and open-ended. that being said , I totally f’ed up and got 1 of the 6 completely wrong.

Do you think its plausible to think I did okay with a 0 on a sim?

I got a 74 on reg the first time i took it. I ran out of time and was blindly guessing on my last sim and didn't get the research question. so yes, I'm sure you can pass just fine even with a 0 on one sim.

@shutupstupidgetbacktoteach I took REG today and had the SAME thing happen. I know I got the research SIM correct, and feel pretty decent about the other 4, but by the time I got to my last one I had 5 minutes left, it was the new format, super detailed, and I basically had to guess on the whole thing. First time I've had that happen, so I wouldn't be surprised if it were a 0% 🙁

Hopefully for both of us the ones we bombed will happen to be the ones that get thrown out!

@TXCPAGAL12, oooo I hope so… I've enjoyed my week of not studying far too much to get back to it. AT least if I do fail I will have 4 more shots at it. My problem is – I think I fail every exam, then get the same exact score.

I barely passed, but I passed and I definitely, without a doubt, missed almost an entire SIM. I guess I was mentally fatigued, because I used book value instead of tax basis for an asset and several formulas after that were based on that number. I guess I might have got a few points for filling in zeros but I missed the vast majority of that problem.
