I just interviewed with three CPA firms.
A firm and B firm has about 6-7 employees, seems like I will be directly supervised by partners.
I probably will have chances to work on all different area of accounting, taxation.
Firm B gave me an offer right at the interview but I asked him for one more week to decide( by next Monday).

Firm C has about 30~40 people in the firm and they are planning on acquiring another firm.
Firm C said they will potentially have a second round of interview next week.
(Firm C is my number one choice, because it is expanding and has more staff of my age.)

So right now, I am debating whether I should ask firm C to speed up their process or asking Firm B to give me another week for consideration.

Did your interview go well with firm c? If it did then definitely let them know that you have an offer. Make sure to show your enthusiasm and interest in working with firm c also. This way they at least know if they speed up their process and make you an offer you are likely to take it.
