Trouble Contacting Prometric About Rescheduling Exam

I’ve been trying to get in touch with Prometric for about two weeks now about rescheduling my AUD exam. I never received my confirmation # and email for the scheduling, and I’ve torn my spam and junk box apart trying to find it. I can’t reschedule without the confirmation #, but I’ve tried using the contact form on Prometrics’ website several times, with no response from them. This is really frustrating as by this point, I’m now within 30 days of my exam and will need to pay $35 to reschedule.

Does anyone have any advice on contacting them? A phone number or email? I spoke to NASBA, but they said they literally have no contact information available, either.

I'm not sure if you are calling the national Prometric number, but I was able to contact my local Prometric office by simply googling the location and using the local number from Google. I had the option of pressing ‘0' to speak with someone at the office. They were very helpful the two times I called. If you call the local office and still can't reach them, I'd suggest simply driving over to the office you scheduled your exam if it's not too far.

I was trying the local office phone and the website, which has a Contact Us form for this exact situation. Local office never picks up phone; I've left a few voicemails.

It's not exactly close, but perhaps driving up is my only recourse now.

EDIT: phew, Prometric emailed me just now. I was verging on the edge of panic.
