Everytime I hear that phrase I think of that Tom Petty song. One more week to get my FAR results. It will either be a Merry Christmas (I’ll be done!!) or a Blue Christmas, as I’ll have to retake FAR and AUD because of credit expiration.

Nothing to do but wait and second guess myself.

I studied this time around and this exam was HARD! Either I did well or just had no idea what I was doing.

I think I would do worse on the exam if I knew I got my score right then and there – maybe a 2-3 wait would be ideal! but knowing right there – that's all I would think of!! plus I think I would rush at the end to find out

This wait time is killing me..Preparing for BEC (Totally unproductive hours) and waiting for Audit and handling 27 months old..Gosh…please release the scores as a early surprise…At this point I feel whatever it is please tell me I can't hang in between…

Trying to be positive, but I don't hold out much hope. I'd rather get my failing score now and at least move on.

If I fail, I don't have an excuse that I didn't study. I don't have any excuses. That is a hard pill to swallow.

Currently obsessing about the questions that I KNOW for a fact I got wrong. One was nowhere to be found in Becker but was definitely in the codification for Auditor independence. I expect to fail but the wait is still killing me.

For the first time in as long as I can remember, I didn't take my laptop home with me yesterday. 🙂 That was a nice feeling. I really hope I will be allowed to continue that trend after the 9th. I have missed spending quality time with my kids. We're decorating for Christmas tonight! 🙂

Sometimes I think waiting is worse when you know so many others are going through it. I was oblivious of the score release date when I took BEC and I wasn't stressed about it at all. I'm going to try to stay off the forum this weekend and forget that the scores will be out next week. It really does help to stay busy and keep your mind occupied. I'm glad it's month end close out this week at work. Makes it much easier to get through this release. Good luck sleeping No_one. Not getting sleep will make it worse, if that's possible.

Why does the AICPA do this to us? Is this part of the hazing?!?

There is no reason why we shouldn't know our scores the minute the test is over. Or at least the next day.
