What course review combination should I be using?

Hi all this is my first post as you may or may not be able to tell.

I recently graduated and I pretty hastily registered for Becker Online..I chose Becker because a lot of friends of mine have passed using it and I have heard nothing but good things about it from people in person. However, online forums such as this seemingly disagree with the use of Becker.

My boss recently told me that when he took the CPA exam Gleim had a crazy test bank, and as I researched it, today there are still claims its a pretty good test bank. I was looking to begin studying this week beginning with FAR or REG, and I wanted advice on stacking the programs. Knowing that there is a test bank I can buy online definitely seems enticing. It is $250.00 per test bank and I wanted to know if anyone else has done Becker + Gleim, or Gleim + something else.

If I do go with buying the Gleim test bank, how would you go about studying using the becker online course + the Gleim bank?

    Will I ever pass?

I have used Becker for the first 3 sections I passed in combination with Ninja. Ninja is a great product as a supplement. I prefer Becker lectures and book. Their SIMS are also better, but in combination Ninja MCQ and SIMS give you that extra studying you need.

I did the same as anyatver. I studied with Becker. Read the book and did about half the MCQs as I studied. During the last week or 2 of review I did non stop ninja mcqs. People pass with just one review software. The reason I used ninja and Becker was I didn't want to memorize questions.

    AUD - 64, 80 Passed on 10/09/17

    BEC - 75 Passed on 12/09/17

    FAR - 69, 71, 73, 83 Passed on 06/10/18

    REG - 81 Passed on 09/10/17

I have talked to several people who have used Becker alone and passed.
The NINJA test bank is an add on that some people use.
The Gleim test bank is very thorough, and some say more difficult than the actual CPA exam, which is usually a good thing to most people.
The Gleim TB can be had for $500 including TB and books, if you wait/watch for a sale.
Start with FAR, do one exam at a time.
If you start to recognize/remember the questions, then its time for a switch.

Gleim's really good for like 1/4 the price of Becker. I'm sure Becker is great but that pricetag is ludicrous.

    FAR - 97 (10/12/17)
    BEC - 95 (01/15/18)
    AUD - 88 (04/06/18)
    REG - 89 (11/16/18)

@Nick These are the combinations I used for each section, helping me successfully pass:

    AUD – Becker only
FAR – Becker + Ninja Notes
BEC – Becker + Ninja Notes + Ninja MCQ
REG – Becker + Becker Final Review + Ninja Notes + Ninja MCQ + Audio

BEC and REG took me the longest to pass, so I started pulling out more stops and adding supplemental study material, as you can see. Supplementing with Ninja is truly what helped me pass most sections, so I highly recommend it.

    AUD - 77
    BEC - 75
    FAR - 78
    REG - 77
Finished.  Praise be to the Almighty!

For future reference, every review course has a trial period, and I always recommend to everyone to try all of them to see which one fits your learning style the best BEFORE laying out the cash.
Your situation is a bit different as you are already $$ committed.
But if it doesn't work out with Becker… Don't take other people's experience for your own.
Advice is always helpful, but there is no guarantee you learn the same way they do.

ProTip, after you do the free trial they send you discount offers and coupon codes to sink the hook.
