    Well, in my experience, having an astronomically high GPA (ie. greater than a 3.6) and being as hot as Megan Fox will help. Also, being female will certainly help as well; I was informed by a high ranking managing partner at my school (came in and talked to us a LONG time ago), who worked at a certain B4 firm, that they were incredibly happy about the fact that they typically hired at least 5 times more females than males (they do this to balance the fact that they have so few female partners/managers).

    Work experience/activities outside of class will help; however, GPA is huge factor to those firms. Like I stated, if you fall below a certain GPA, it's going to be incredibly difficult to land an interview. If you know the right people/network well, you might be able to get around this though (i've seen someone with a 2.7 land at both B4 and a fortune 500 firm). I've also seen multiple people with 4.0 GPA's get rejected from regional firms, so don't underestimate how brutally competitive these firms are right now.

    B=84 This exam was such a b**** that I thought I failed-don't know how these things work
    A=76 Slacker I am, I'll happily take it
    R=81 I LOVE taxes
    F=80 I don't wanna get banned for an expletive I'm thinking with "yea" proceeding it

    In all honesty, a lot of factors.

    Can you tell us more about what you're currently doing and what you're involved in with school? Then maybe we could assess what's going on and see if there's anything extra you could be doing.
