    Hello friends,

I wanted to ask for your advice on what to do after you failed a part and got lower on it than the last time you took it. This was my case for BEC. I sat for BEC back in March and got a 63. I sat for it again September and got a 53. I am still in shock because I studied a lot more for the 53 than I did for the 63. I left a lot of time to review. I left the exam confident that I passed. This might be because I felt I did very well in the SIMS. I actually got Strong in this area so I must have screwed up the MCQs.

I purchased the Ninja Scout (I actually used Ninja for the 63 but did not use it for the 53) because by now I know all the Becker questions in and out. Any advice, be it emotional, study, test taking, would be appreciated. I really struggle with how much more can my family and career can deal with all sacrifice that I have done for this exam.

    AUD - 73,
    BEC - NINJA in Training
    FAR - NINJA in Training
    REG - NINJA in Training
Giving up is not an option.

The question is not whether I will be a CPA or not, the question is when will I become a CPA.

I need to pass before busy season.

The only thing you can do is start again. When I first received that advice after 2 fails, and then failed again, I finally got why you have to start over. You'll be surprised at what you think you know, you really don't know when you see it again or asked a different way. I also came to realize that just doing mcq's wasn't working, I had to utilize the review course. Wiley was not a good fit for me, so I ditched it and took on Ninja. I've been out of school for a while, so winging it was getting nothing but fails. There is something you are not understanding. So start at the beginning and build until you understand. I hope this helps.

    It begins with a 75
Been here too long as a cheerleader.....time to pass
