I have passed all four sections last year, but I can still see my expiration date on the dashboard of CPAcentral.nasba.org

Is it normal to have expiration date present on the dashboard even though you passed all sections? or should I contact NASBA in regard to this matter? They didn’t even send me the initial successful candidate letter. I don’t mind a successful letter that much since I already have score reports, but this expiration dates keep bugging me.

By the way, my jurisdiction is NY so under the NY board policy there aren’t any score expirations after passing all sections.

The score expiration is just part of the system and will be there permanently.
You should receive your success letter about 4-8 weeks after your last score release.
