Is anyone else having trouble with the Wiley CPA excel software. This same thing happened to me yesterday where this error message comes up:

Oops!
It looks like you’ve tried to access a section you don’t have access to. Please visit our site to purchase, or view your account to see which products you do have access to. **I was literally in that section 5 minutes ago**

I contacted customer service yesterday and they said they had a problem with their software and try again later. It’s really annoying to have this keep happening. I also tried two different web browsers (google chrome and internet explorer) and cleared the cookies from each browser before trying and it still would not let me in. Very Frustrating!

Wow, I'm just starting my Audit studies this weekend, so that doesn't sound promising! So that is a regular occurrence with CPAExcel?

What do they call an accounting person, who only managed a 75 on all four parts of the CPA exam....you got it, CPA!!!

Yes i second that, its not working right now. Its too frustrating,it breaks my link when i am studying, the problem is persistent wiley should do something about it.

I experienced the problem last night while studying for Reg but the issue stopped after 10 minutes. This was the first time I experienced something like that in the year and a half that I've used the product

Still having issues. Was able to get in, tried to do a couple of SIMS and and when I submitted I got an error message. Tried to call and phone line was dead. Hopefully Wiley can resolve this issue.
