Hello, I am not sure if this topic belongs here but you never know who has what idea until you ask …

What options do you have at your work place with regards to working from home or flex hours?

We are a small company, 3 people working from out of state and 10 people working on location. For the past many years the 10 people have had one day a week to work from home. This summer it was changed to 2 days a week to deal with general public transportation issues. That option is over now but the company head would like to give employees a better option than going back to only the once-a-week work from home day (we also currently have flex time where you can work any consecutive 8.5 hours between 7am and 6pm).

So we are looking for other options to discuss about and see if they fit our company. Does any one mind sharing what they have or what they think?
