I’ve tested on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday in NorCal. (Roseville has a Sunday Prometric) I’ve tested on Friday in SoCal. Might be the testing center you’re looking at.

Fingers crossed this is my last score release. Historically, I'm weaker on MC and stronger on SIMs. I feel great about my luck of the draw SIMs and good about the MC when I took FAR on 11/19.

I passed with an 81 using only Ninja audio, MCQ and videos. Jeff covers everything you need for the new tax law changes.

OMG. I got 20%s on most of my FAR MCQs when I first started. I was doing worse trying then just randomly picking. AUD and BEC I was averaging 60%s from the 1st MCQ. REG I started in the 30%s. Ugh, I was so mad and discouraged. But, you didn’t tie your shoe perfectly the first time I tell myself. It takes practice. It takes time. Then I’d get another 20%. I literally wished for scores in the 30%s. It gets better. It takes time.

I’m refreshing CBA on my laptop and A71 on my phone. I have lurked during every other score release. But, this one could be my last.

I’m going to go with under. My last score release was June 19. And the eyeball trick started working for everyone around noon my time in CA. It started working this morning for people. However, my guess is still about 9:30 is when CA will get on board. I will find out in a few hours if I’m truly done or if it’s back to the drawing board.

@CP_Abadie I work in the investment arena. My claim to fame is a million dollar prime broker bond trade over a text message. I spend more time on the equity front, but I do a lot of fixed income research so bonds naturally click easier. I'm not a huge fan of amortization tables, but I can at least relate them to something in my work life and basically conceptually figure it out. I manage a NFP's endowment account, special purpose donation account and operating account at work, so that also naturally clicked.

If a bond MCQ didn't click. I literally took a screenshot and texted it to my bond trader in NYC to explain it to me. (He was a big fan of getting a text from a West Coast Person studying at odd hours.) And the coworker that sits next to me worked on the floor of the CBOE, and we use derivatives at work. So, I had a lot of good resources that also helped.

Studying leases, pensions, consolidations and government accounting was like beating my head against a wall and hoping that the words on the wall imprinted into my brain somehow.

This is my first post. 9/19 will also mark the day I can be done. I’m also one of the “Only Ninja” people. I left FAR for last. My exam had almost none of the typical nightmares of Pensions, Consolidations, Bonds or Leases. Y’know the things I put a ton of hours into studying, lol. Here’s hoping I actually retained some of the other 100 things they test for, lol.
