I agree with monikernc. Be careful about memorizing answers, i've got caught in that before and it won't help you when you're given a question on that topic but is structured differently. You have to go through all the MCQs and have a full understanding of why the answer is correct and why the other three are incorrect.
You're going to need to go through all the MCQs multiple times. On the third time around, flag the questions that you're still not understanding so you're essentially filtering down the pool of questions to only the ones you're having trouble with. take notes on these, and then take more notes if you keep getting them wrong.
This is what worked for me. If I can pass this exam, anyone can!

REG - 88successfully roundhouse kicked the cpa examjasondonofrioParticipant@Thunderlips just keep going at it everyday even if it’s just an hour on some days. believe me when i say i’m no genius, it just takes that consistency. i used wiley to read each lesson and did the mcq and then when i went through all that and nailed the mcq, i went through all of ninja mcq and took notes on all the questions i got wrong or guessed on, then i would read through my notes and retake the questions i got wrong and questions i flagged. really try to understand what they’re asking you and understand why it’s right and why the other three choices are wrong. i failed my second exam just using wiley, that’s when i integrated ninja into my study and that really prepared me for the next three. you got this!

Believe me when i say i thought for sure i failed this one. the sims were brutal and i thought for sure i got like 6 of them wrong.. this just goes to show never throw in the towel while your taking the exam, always finish it and don’t leave anything blank. ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN!! Thank you to all of you for your support and I’ll continue to post on here to help anyone else on the journey to CPA!

REG - 88successfully roundhouse kicked the cpa examjasondonofrioParticipanthey for REG, you know how the research question is two boxes.. example: section 1059 (e). like one box will be for the section and another box will be for the paragraph.. i think i got the section number wrong but coincidentally i think the paragraph letter is correct.. do you think i would get partial credit for that? trying to add up any possible points to see my chances of passing hahaha

I'm in the same boat, i just took my final exam (REG) and i feel really bad about it because of those damn SIMS..hopefully i got the 75 but if not, I'm going all in and retaking in January. hopefully the next time around I'll get more reasonable Sims, those were brutal
