    Hey all,

I know it's been a while but I promised I'd update. Today is the day that I FINISHED THE CPA EXAM!!!! I don't even know how to put this feeling into words. This morning I saw my very last score and walked outside and SOBBED. It was one of the best feelings in the entire world. The first quote that comes to my mind is this: “only if you have been in the deepest valley, can you ever know how magnificent it is to be on the highest mountain.” This pass is worth so much more than just having a CPA license: it's a stamp of honor that I've worked so freaking hard for something and didn't give up. The CPA is more than a test of accounting knowledge, it's a test of ENDURANCE. For those of you still on this journey: DO NOT GIVE UP, I AM STANDING WITH YOU! I can't thank you all enough for the amazing words of encouragement in this thread- they helped me get through the toughest parts of this roller coaster exam.

And with that, I'm going to go take my life back! Cheers!!!

So wait are scores out??? I was waiting till today but honestly I'm too afraid to check. I'm in California and for some reason the scores are always released later (in my experience at least). If anyone wants to let me know you'll be my hero! I'm not about to log in and see “No Credit” and think I failed but really the scores are just not out….

Thank you everyone for the uplifting responses. I've read through everyone's advice thoroughly and it's so so helpful. I'm so appreciative for this forum because this is honestly the support that I (and everyone else) needs to pass the exam. After taking a couple weeks off I actually feel so much more rested and motivated. I'm gonna utilize the advice I read here and pray for the best 🙂

@Tncincy- Thank you thank you! This is what I needed to hear. I think I get stuck in my own head and get down that I've taken it so many times, but it's so good to remember how common it is for people to fail multiple times. I'm gonna use the link in your reply and create a schedule and really hit this. I'll update too! Best of luck to you as well, we're all in this together!

@Can't Fail- Thanks for the reply, just knowing that people empathize and understand is the most comforting! I'm using Becker, so it's a good program but almost too detailed so I think I get too hung up over trying to learn everything (typical type A personality as you probably understand haha). I'm going to try taking a new approach and drill out practice exams over and over instead of trying to get so in depth in all the individual lectures. We'll see how that works out. Good luck to you as well- If you can get a 72 on FAR you can definitely pass (you can see that I got a 72 right before I passed- if I can do it you can DEFINITELY do it!) 🙂

Thanks for the encouragement everyone, it makes me feel so much better. Yeah it sucked so much, I basically went home a cried and binge watched Netflix for the entire day haha. @wannaFree I sat down and started writing some formulas and before I knew it my test timed out. I didn't see the warning on the screen 🙁

I'm so scared! This was my first part and I feel like I've made no tangible progress since then because I spent two months studying for BEC and then got an automatic zero on that test. PSA: THERE IS A 10 MINUTE LIMIT TO START YOUR TEST ONCE YOU OPEN YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN (yes, I know I should have known that but I definitely learned the hard way). Sooooo yeah I didn't press “start exam” in time and failed BEC automatically. So the point is I really hope I pass FAR because then I can say at least I made some progress over these past eight months! I don't think I'm gonna be able to sleep/eat the day of the score release
