    Becker Question –

I am studying B1 right now. I want to know what are the most important concepts to master. I am already finding corporate governance confusing. Not because I don’t understand it, it is the multiple choice questions, they seem like nothing I have read in the chapter. IMO, some of the answers to the questions are a real stretch. Maybe it is just me …

All of it is important. B1 has a large portion of the points you will earn on a successful attempt at the exam. I didn't have the same experience as you as I felt the multiple guess were pretty on topic for all of Becker BEC. Dig into those mnemonics beyond what they stand for and what processes/steps belong to them. That will help you out quite a bit.

There are no short-cuts, everyone's exam is a little different and can potentially have even the littlest of topics.

Yeah, it seems to be pretty important information. I do need to delve deeper into the mnemonics.

Read the Becker outlines. They seem fairly representative and provide a high over view. They help to understand definitions and concepts.

    FAR - 71, 76
    REG - 75
    BEC - 76 (bubble sucks)
